NCODER is a high-tech enterprise led by the Jiangsu Institute of Industrial Technology, focused on high-precision position sensors and the core technology behind them. An in-house R&D team works on the sensing problems the industry calls bottlenecks, and delivers closed-loop motion control solutions built on high-precision position sensors to hundreds of manufacturers in China.
The company develops its own core manufacturing technology, holds a number of proprietary algorithms and processes, and produces key components in house, which keeps both technology and supply under its own control. Its core team has long worked across encoders, chip design, motors, servo drives, CNC systems and machine tools.
